Ranch Dressing

As we shared our magical #SweetPotatoFries recipe yesterday, we thought would be a great idea to add a #RanchDressing to the mix, because we love to eat them together, and we think is a great easy to go recipe to have in hands as Ranch Dressing is one the top ten in the dressing world, don’t you agree?! Now to the recipe:⁠

Yield: 2 cups ⁠
Prep time: 5 min⁠
Total time: 15 min⁠

Ingredients⁠
1 cup cashews soaked overnight (or at least for 3-4 hours in warm water)⁠
2/3 cup nondairy milk⁠
1 garlic clove⁠
½ tbsp onion powder⁠
1 tbsp dill (fresh or dried)⁠
1 tbsp chives (fresh or dried)⁠
1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)⁠
1 tsp black pepper⁠
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁠
½ fresh lemon juice⁠
½ tbsp maple syrup⁠

Directions⁠
1. Pour all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend it until smooth.⁠
2. Enjoy!⁠
