Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Total time: 2 hours – overnight
Ingredients:
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup of coconut milk (full-fat)
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 ½ pumpkin spice
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Divide the mixture into 2 recipients and let it sit for 2 hours or overnight.
