Hemp Milk (nondairy milk sub)

Here is a super basic Hemp Milk recipe that can be used like any #nondairy milk choice:⁠

Hemp Milk⁠

Yields: 2 cups⁠
Ingredients⁠
– 1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds⁠
– 2 cups of water⁠

Directions⁠
– Blend the ingredients in a high-speed blender for 1 minute and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. ⁠

This is a super easy recipe to have in hands, and you can also add dates or maple syrup for extra sweetness, some cacao powder for some cozy #chocolatemilk , you name it. This milk can be used as any #nutmilk called in recipes.⁠
