Guacamole
You can’t make everyone happy. You’re not an avocado 🥑. Great guacamole isn’t hard. You need to start w some great avocados, add acid, spices and some good mashing (not food processing, which can change the flavor —AND give the consistency of baby food. NO GRACIAS!!)⛔️
Here’s our take: 🥑4 large haas avocados 🧅1/4 red onion, minced 🍋 1 lime, juiced (or 2 limes if you like tangy!)
🧄1 clove garlic, minced
🧂1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp pepper
🌱1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
🌶 Red pepper flakes or cayenne to taste
1/4 tsp each oregano, paprika & celery seed, all optional
Pinch of cloves, for nutritional benefit

Adding even a bunch of diced cucumber 🥒 easily makes this into an amazing TexMex side dish or salad.
