Curried Maple Carrots

Curry is an excellent source of incredible #antioxidants and may help #lowerinflammation in the body. What better way to get your kids to eat veggies AND curry than a yummy maple glaze? Easy to prep (5 min) and just roast in the oven (400* for 25-30 min). Recipe below:

🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 5 large carrots (peeled and cut)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt 🧂
Pepper to taste 🔥
