Pamela Mahon was a business executive in the entertainment industry for 10 years before she realized that she was not pursuing her life-long passion for nutrition and how healthy eating correlates with physical and mental well-being. She made it her mission to teach people the benefits and healing powers of whole foods in a way that inspires them to make a permanent change. In 2011, she left her lucrative position and decided to pursue a career in nutrition. She graduated at the top of her class and started working privately with clients in her own company Chow Bella Nutrition, Made Simple. Pamela’s greatest joy is to see children and young teens learn how to eat healthfully. Since 2010, she has volunteered at Taking The Reins Teen Nutrition program, where she has worked with underserved teens to grow their own fresh fruits and vegetables and then use these foods to make delicious and healthy meal options.
In 2012, Pamela joined Wholistic Kids and Families. She has combined her knowledge of nutrition, health and creative cooking to develop dietary recommendations uniquely suited to the needs and lifestyle of each family she works with. Through Pamela’s help, children, teenagers and parents have learned how foods can help them achieve optimal health.
